Link to the bPopUp jQuery plugin

Here is the example code I am using to place the jHtmlArea textarea into the bPopup popup on my page:

<div><textarea cols="50" rows="15" name="scontent" id="scontent"></textarea><span><input id="choosecolor" type="button" value="Choose Background Color..."/></span></div>
 <br /><p><span>Allow comments: <input type="checkbox" name="acomments" class="choice" id="acomments" /></span>
 <br/><span>Password Protect: <input type="checkbox" name="pprotect" class="choice" id="pprotect" /></span><div id="passcode"><span>input password: <input type="password" class="text" /></span></div></p>
 <p><span class="screate">Create</span><span class="bClose">Close</span></p></div>

toolbar: [
        ["html"], ["bold", "italic", "underline", "strikethrough", "|", "subscript", "superscript"],
        ["increasefontsize", "decreasefontsize",
        "orderedlist", "unorderedlist"],
        ["indent", "outdent"],
        ["justifyleft", "justifycenter", "justifyright",
        "link", "unlink", "image", "horizontalrule",
        "p", "h1", "h2", "h3", "h4", "h5", "h6"],
        ["cut", "copy", "paste", "forecolor"]
$("#choosecolor").click(function() {
                jHtmlAreaColorPickerMenu(this, {
                    colorChosen: function(color) {
                        $(document.body).css('background-color', color);
						newcolor = color;

But it does not work as it would on a normal page (not a popup box)

Is there any reason this is happen, and any possible fix for it?

I would be very grateful!
